Jeannine L Rashidi, Doctor of Ayurveda
Ayurvedic Mind-Body Educator | Trauma-Aware Guide | Self-Relationship Advocate
“This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember how wise, whole, and self-healing you already are.”
I didn’t come to this work because it was trendy. I came to it because it was necessary. For me and for the people I care about.
In my own life, I’ve seen how trauma, tension, and disconnection can silently build in the body… until it starts speaking in symptoms, stress, and self-sabotage.
When I discovered Ayurveda not just as a wellness system but as a philosophy of self-relationship, it unlocked a whole new lens for healing. One that’s not about “doing more,” but about returning to rhythm.
My specialty focuses on the mind and how we can gently shift patterns, behaviors, and beliefs by working with our senses, our routines, and our inner fire.
While I’m trained in Ayurvedic medicine, I believe in keeping things digestible. You won’t find heavy jargon or rigid routines here.
What you will find is:
✔️ A focus on practical shifts (like how you breathe, eat, think, and sleep)
✔️ A trauma-aware process that honors your pace, sensitivity, and autonomy
✔️ A deep respect for your unique mind-body constitution
In short: I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly.
Whether you’re navigating grief, chronic tension, overstimulation, or emotional burnout, my work centers around helping you:
⦿ Understand the role of your senses in health and imbalance
⦿ Restore your digestive fire and daily rhythms
⦿ Repattern emotional impressions from trauma or life disruption
⦿ Build a steady, loving relationship with yourself—one breath at a time
