This is a trauma-informed practice blending movement, somatic healing, and play to release tension and reconnect with your true self.
Vulnerable Vibrations® is a unique method that blends:
- Gentle movement
- Somatic bodywork (releasing stuck emotions)
- Emotional processing
- Mental calibration
- Spiritual alignment
Each session is about returning to your childlike essence—before the world told you how to act, what to believe, or who to be. It’s a safe space to release old impressions, let go of trauma stored in the body, and come back to yourself.

In a session, you don’t have to “perform.” You simply let your body move the way it wants.
The practice may include:
- Curling into a fetal position to reconnect with your inner child
- Rocking gently, like being held or cradled
- Using a soft therapy ball on areas like the hips, where trauma is often stored
- Breathing deeply to process emotions
- Allowing sounds—like sighs, cries, or even animal-like noises—to release energy
At first, it may feel awkward or unfamiliar. But with practice, your body naturally begins to express what it has been holding. Movement, breath, and sound work together to loosen tension and free old memories .
Many people think vulnerability is weakness. But in this practice, vulnerability becomes your strength.
