When was the last time you moved your body with no agenda — no workout plan, no steps to hit, no one watching? For many of us, it’s been since childhood. Somewhere along the way, we were told to sit still, behave, or be “serious.”

But here’s the truth: your body remembers how to play. And in that playfulness lies healing.

That’s what Vulnerable Vibrations® is all about: a movement and somatic practice that helps you release tension, process emotions, and rediscover the joy of simply being yourself.

What Is Vulnerable Vibrations®?

Vulnerable Vibrations® is my method that combines:

Somatic bodywork (movement + awareness)
Emotional processing (feeling what’s there, not bypassing it)

Trauma and adverse life experiences leave impressions — in the mind, in the body, even in the nervous system. When we suppress emotions or armor ourselves, those impressions stay stuck.
