Jeannine Rashidi: Doctor of Ayurveda: Specializing in The Mind, Psych-K Facilitator, 2x TEDx Speaker, Bestselling Author, CMT and Creator of the EDHIR® Method™ & H.O.M.E™ framework
When I'm not working with clients or speaking, you'll often find me doing the very things that first taught me to slow down and reconnect, walking in nature, camping full time in my RV, spending time with my five grandkids, or noticing the simple moments most people hurry past.
Those moments continue to remind me of something I now know to be true: Transformation doesn't begin when we become someone new. It begins when we reconnect with who we've always been.
“You don't have to spend your life surviving.
The path forward begins the moment you reconnect with yourself.”

Most approaches focus on retelling your story. I focus on helping you understand the patterns your story created.
For years, I searched for answers to why I kept overthinking, people-pleasing, avoiding difficult conversations, and losing myself while trying to keep everyone else happy. My search led me through neuroscience, trauma-informed care, Ayurveda, nervous system regulation, and more than two decades of working with thousands of people from every walk of life. What I discovered changed everything.
People don't need to relive their pain to understand it.They need a safe way to understand the behaviors that pain created. That's why I developed the H.O.M.E.™ Framework and the EDHIR® Method™.
Rather than asking you to repeatedly retell or relive what happened, these approaches help you understand the unconscious patterns your experiences created, process what those patterns are still carrying, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that had to disconnect in order to survive.Because lasting change doesn't happen by living in the past.It happens by understanding how the past is still influencing the present.
Whether I'm speaking to thousands from a stage, partnering with organizations, or working with someone one-on-one, my mission is the same:To help people understand themselves so deeply that they no longer have to spend their lives surviving who they once had to be.

My work is grounded in five guiding principles:
Compassion before judgment – Every behavior has a story, and every adaptation deserves understanding before change.
Curiosity before criticism – Awareness opens the door to possibility and transformation.
Connection before correction – We reconnect with ourselves before trying to change ourselves.
Alignment before achievement – Lasting well-being comes from living in harmony with your values, not simply accomplishing more.
Transformation through integration – Real change happens when the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system work together—not separately.
Whether you're seeking personal support, a transformational group experience, organizational wellness programming, or a keynote that inspires lasting change, every offering is grounded in the same belief: You don't need to become someone new. You need a safe way to reconnect with who you've always been.
Using the H.O.M.E. Framework™ & EDHIR® Method™, we'll explore the patterns that shaped you, build resilience through understanding rather than judgment, and create lasting alignment that transforms how you live, love, lead, and belong.

There was a time when I believed survival meant staying quiet, keeping everyone else happy, and carrying burdens no child should have to carry. Growing up surrounded by addiction and abuse, I became the caretaker of my four younger siblings. At fifteen, I ran away to start a new life and found myself living on the streets. Years of repeating painful patterns eventually led me to ask a life-changing question: “What patterns within me are influencing what happens next?” But my greatest realization came later: You can become so good at overcoming adversity that overcoming becomes your identity.
Today, I'm a Doctor of Ayurveda, two-time TEDx speaker, #1 bestselling author of Abundance Beyond Trauma, Psych-K Facilitator, and founder of Goodbye Tension. Through Breaking the Belonging Bargain™ and my Returning H.O.M.E.™ Method, I help people recognize where they've hidden parts of themselves to feel loved, safe, or accepted. Drawing on Ayurvedic wisdom and my proprietary clinical method, I help people rebuild self-trust and reconnect with the dreamer they left behind—without needing to relive or retell their painful experiences.
I believe we're each unique souls with gifts and a purpose only we can bring to this world. As a grandmother of five, I know that when we stop hiding who we are, the possibilities extend beyond ourselves to future generations.
The life you've worked so hard to create may not be missing another accomplishment. It may be missing a part of YOU. Because coming home to yourself isn't the end of the dream. It's where the dream begins.
